Cal Sync Now Up-To-Date creates a new calendar on sync in Apple iCal to copy your events, banners, calls, to-do, and appointments. If you select the “AutoSync” feature then an additional new calendar called “CalSyncNUTD” will be created in Apple iCal and an AutoSync event added that will re-sync your Now Up-To-Date calendar every 24 hours based on your previous sync options.
